Those poor merfolk! And while it’s fascinating that other mythological creatures may exist in other parts of the universe, those beings are probably suffering too. Sins of the father is such a terrible thing. No one should be punished for what their parents have done.
And when I get your stories in an email, I won't have to read white text on black. 😂 I know it is your (and others) preference, and that is fine, but I find it tiring to read.
I wish there was a "design override" button on Substack. 🤣
Actually, I have sensitive eyes and the usual white background is painful for me. I usually use "dark mode" whenever it's possible, and there's a browser extension that helps a lot also with sites that don't have that. Maybe there's some extension that works the other way around? I have no idea LOL.
I get it. It is the opposite for me. White text on black (or any background color) is hard for me to read. After some searching (seems like everyone wants to go to Dark Mode - LOL!) I found out my Mac has an "inverse colors" option in my Accessibility setting. That does the trick. I added it to my menubar and now I am one click away from easy reading. Woo Hoo!

And yet, it sadly happens too often...
Swimmingly good. 😉
:D Oh and thanks for subscribing! You even managed to be #100, ha!

YES! Lucky number 100! Sweet.
See? I was right. You can't go wrong with mermaids. I really enjoyed that.
Glad you did! Thanks ;)
