I spread the story across 15 videos, but they were my first on that platform and I did many things wrong. I thought I was being clever by telling a long story like that when nobody else was doing it. Turns out, there's a reason why nobody does it :D It's just not the right format.
Videos on there need to be under 1 minute (all of the 15 chapters were slightly longer). More importantly, it's not likely someone who's seen one of your videos will see another--and if they do, it'll be out of sequence, so the concept of an ongoing story across multiple videos is just not going to work on TikTok.
I've had much better success with flash fiction I could fit in just one short video (40-50 seconds).
If you are ever lonely, cats fill that void! Of course you will have more and varied duties but at the end of the day you have a good friend! Our Spunkmeyer is both our cat! When Tim isn't home, it's me he wants and vice versa! Maybe down the road an adorable stray will capture your heart! Maybe you could put a cat into the Xenin atmosphere! Could be fun! Take care, ok? We got our Norwegian Forest Cat as a stray who was treed! (Coyoteti GigHarbor, WAHe turned into the best (and biggest... 20+ lbs) My husband rescued him!
I love the way you have gotten us there to the Xen'in Universe without hardly trying! You are probably too young to remember the Flight to the Mushroom Planet AND Escape to the Mushroom Planet! They've gotta be listed somewhere! Wish I could remember the author. I don't think it was Beverly Cleary. Sigh. And I am supposedly taking this awful tasting (even in pill form) ginko biloba for my memory! HA! NOT WORKING!!!

Yeah, I'm familiar with ginko biloba. My family is a lot into organic food and health medicine and stuff like that so yeah. Though my mom knows this stuff better than I do, to be fair.

Loved this! Good read for a cozy day indoors as it rains, suns, sleets or snows! Who cares? Any weather is good reading weather!
